Reviews and Ratings
During my stay at Hotel Lero, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. and the variety of breakfast options was quite satisfying. However, I found the pool a bit chilly and my shower leaked slightly, which could be improved.
Staying at Hotel Lero was quite enjoyable overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure my family's specific needs were met, especially considering my husband's sight issues and my daughter's gluten-free diet. However, I did notice some areas that could use improvement, particularly in the room's outdated facilities and noise levels from adjacent spaces. The food was generally good, with the breakfast buffet offering a great variety, though there were instances where the restaurant felt rushed during busy times. 😊
I had a good stay at Hotel Lero, appreciating its clean and modern facilities, as well as the friendly staff. However, the noise levels were sometimes disruptive, especially with maintenance work during my last days. The breakfast was diverse, but the pool fell short of expectations due to lack of sunlight.
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Lero during my trip to Dubrovnik. The location was great, allowing easy access to both the Old Town and Lapad with a pleasant coastal walk or a quick bus ride. The staff were warm and accommodating, though I did experience a bit of an off moment with one manager. The breakfast buffet was diverse and satisfying, but I found the prices for drinks at dinner to be a bit steep. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and I'd gladly return.
My stay at Hotel Lero was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, and the cleanliness of the facilities was commendable. However, I encountered noise issues from both the road and other guests, which interrupted my sleep. The food was plentiful but average, and some areas, like the pool, felt small and less inviting. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel, but there were some drawbacks. 😅
